You want your wedding to reflect who you are as a couple, look picture perfect, and be a fun celebration for your loved ones. In the meantime, you don’t want to be totally stressed out to make that happen. You’re exactly the bride I had in mind when I started this shindig.
You’re sneaking emails to your wedding planner at work, trying to keep both families happy, and selecting every last detail intentionally to bring your cohesive vision to life for your wedding. Plus, you’ve called your florist to follow up three times already. Ugh.
No wonder you’d kill for a few extra hours in a day.
Do you ever just need someone in your corner who could help with everything in one whole section of your list, instead of dealing with a bunch of different people, each with different ideas for your day?
Oh, you’re in just the right spot, girlie. That’s where I come in.
I offer a one-stop shop for custom invitations, calligraphy, artistry, and printed items. Translation?! You get beautiful, meaningful stationery that tells your love story, without the stress of having to cobble together options from lots of separate vendors. And you won’t have to stalk me for follow-ups. Win.
With two words-focused degrees (English and Linguistics) from Michigan State, a stint as a magazine editor-in-chief, three years as the executive assistant to a venture capital firm’s CEO, and a lifetime as the “artsy kid,” I’ve… had a journey.
But, each step ended up uniquely equipping me to create heirloom paper goods with the same level of left-brained organization as right-brained creativity.
Plus, with hundreds of clients served, thousands of practice hours put in, a board seat earned with the Michigan Association of Calligraphers, more envelopes addressed than I could even count, and multiple in-person workshops taken from the world’s best, I’m pretty damn good at it. *Does hair flip.*
I pinch myself every day that my longtime, dorky hobbies became my job. It’s kind of crazy that one gal could be this lucky. When I’m not working in my cozy and light-filled home studio, you can most likely find me:
- out for a walk with Jack, our 65-pound lap dog
- cooking with Adam, my engineer/woodworker hubby
- sipping a Paloma on our backyard patio
- scheming up our next home reno project
But when I am busy creating, I promise to bring my passion, dedication, and attention to detail to each and every piece. Because you deserve it.
Want to work together?
YES – Show me how to tell our love story!
In addition to her talent, she is so easy to reach, and so well organized. She gave us a timeline that she kept to the entire process, which is pretty invaluable while dealing with tons of vendors during wedding planning. There could not be anyone better around to use for your paper goods on your wedding day!!! -Katy
Every love story is different. Yours is one of a kind. Let’s tell that story in a special way. I can’t wait to hear from you.
