Booking Process

invitations
Day of wedding stationery services are reserved exclusively for invitation clients, to ensure cohesion from start to finish in your thoughtful designs. We’ll get those mailed to your loved ones, then move to this next phase together!
02
custom quote
We’ll walk through your wedding celebration in chronological order, as your guests will experience it. I’ll send you a custom quote with all the specs for your needs. A la carte items allow you to choose what’s a “yes.”

welcome
You’ll receive an invoice for your chosen items, with 50% retainer due. Once paid, you’re officially booked for this next phase and we create magic for you!
The Design Process
we typically start your day of wedding stationery work two months before your big day
01
proofing
This is where you’ll see everything come to life! You’ll see a full digital mockup of all elements individually to leave feedback. We’ll go back and forth to get it perfect, and then you’ll sign off on the final proof before printing.
02
production
You’ll provide us with your completed guest list and seating assignments a few weeks before your wedding date. We’ll handle all the sorting, alphabetizing, and other production needs at our studio, so it’s ready for your planner (or you) to use.
03
wedding day
Your stationery will fit with your linens, florals, and other decor to create your event branding. All your printed materials came together seamlessly from one vendor, so you can relax and ENJOY your celebration!
